How to: Add an information service to a profile.
Solution:
Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...'. Click the 'Services' tab to add a service.
1) Double-click the 'Inbox' icon from the desktop.

2) In 'Microsoft Exchange', select 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...'. (The 'Options' window appears.)
3) Click the 'Services' tab. (The 'Services Properties' dialog box appears.)
4) Select a service from the 'Available information services' list.
Adding a service
5) Click 'OK'.
NOTE: Each of the different types of services that are added gives a prompt for its respective settings. Follow the prompts accordingly.
